What's up with the court case? Haven't heard anything since the judge decided he didn't need to hear oral arguments on the motion to dismiss. Would be great to keep the latest info up in this area.

I still can't believe any judge would approve such a vague search warrant. What's this judge's name? Something Ford? S/he should be outed for the jerk they are. If we state their full name there are enough websites out there reporting on this that the search engines would always associate judge Ford with his/her notorious act of stupidity, which they should be held responsible for.

Hi, I read about this raid at Socialist Worker online. It is really outrageous, and like the last posters pointed out, also really consistent with the crazy repression in St. Paul -- not to mention the ongoing spying against activists that recently came to light in Baltimore.

It seems very clear that the activist community needs to band together to defend one another. Please keep us informed of the situation as you continue to fight this, and keep letting us know what we can do to help (including those of us outside the Bay Area).

Hello. I am a contributor at Newsvine, com, and we have taken notice of the situation you have found yourself in this week. We are having quite a discussion about the legality, constitutionality, and appropriateness of the raid.

However, we differ on what your organization really represents, as there are many definitions of anarchism.

Please read:

including the comments section, then register on Newsvine and give us an explanation of your group, what it really represents, and where you place your organization on the spectrum between extreme individualism and complete collectivism.

I know this is a difficult time for you and you may be limited in what you are able to say, but we are a news and news discussion organization and we are following your situation closely and hotly debating amongst ourselves as to what it means for the rest of society in the United States.

Christofascism in our own country, the likes of which the old Third Reich committed, something that our grand fathers and our fathers fought against to put a stop to -- right here in the United States.

Anyone still think that the United States isn't a Christian terrorist State? Anyone?

the judge who signed it was judge ford. there was no information in the warrant about what evidence it was based on.
